Getting help

One channel, monitored. Not a ticketing system pretending to be a team.

Ask, or tell us it is broken

The feedback form is the way in. It records which page you were on, which is usually the thing that makes a bug reproducible.

This is a small operation and replies are not instant. Saying so is more useful than an automated acknowledgement promising four hours.

Read this first — the two that catch people

“My books have disappeared”

Your work is stored in the browser you wrote it in. It will not appear in a different browser, a private window, or on another device — and clearing site data removes it permanently. We hold no copy and cannot restore it. Export to markdown regularly.

“The voice score says insufficient”

That is correct behaviour, not a fault. Judging whether prose sounds like you needs a body of your writing to compare against, and corpus import is not built yet. Until it is, you get a meter rather than a number we cannot justify.

Known limitations

The features page lists what is not built, in plain words. If something you need is on that list, it is not a bug and asking will not make it appear faster — though telling us it matters to you genuinely does change the order.
